🛠️ Returns & Refunds (Quality Issues Only)

We gladly accept returns or refunds only in the event of a product defect or quality issue.

To be eligible, please ensure:

• The item is unused and in its original condition

• You contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence of the issue

• The product has a visible manufacturing defect or serious flaw not caused by misuse or shipping damage

🚚 Return Shipping Cost

As a small handcrafted brand, we kindly ask customers to cover the return shipping cost.
We appreciate your understanding and support of our handmade process.

💰 How Refunds Are Processed

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

❌ Non-Returnable Cases

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or returns for:

• Change of mind or personal preference

• Minor paint variations or texture differences (due to hand-painting)

• Damage caused by improper use or accidents
